Sebastian Errazurizha has created a project for Horm, modular shelves that ‘branch’ using a range of connections and relationships, to create different ‘itineraries’ and spaces for objects. The final image is decided by the user, who can ‘play with’ the forms. A very innovative idea made possible by the know-how Horm has developed over the years in the working of wood, combined with the creative verve of the young designer of Chilean origin, Sebastian Errazuriz, who presented his works in Italy for the first time. The starting point of the project was the study of brain cells and branchings, to create a module for repetition, offering a vast range of forms and spaces that can grow ‘organically’ to respond to the changing needs of the user. www.horm.it.
