Triennale Bovisa: new MuBa

The temporary pavilion will be opened in June

EuroMilano, a real estate promotion and development company, in collaboration with the Province of Milan, the Milan Polytechnic and MuBa (combined in an ATS, Associazione Temporanea di Scopo), will develop and coordinate the building of a new structure for the King Midas workshops of the Children’s Museum (MuBa). The pavilion will be placed in the garden fo the Triennale Bovisa, near the Pink Pavilion. The concept by the architect Pierluigi Cerri is consistent with the existing exhibition structure, and offers a geometrically simple image of great visual impact. With an internal height of 3.7 meters, the new construction is flexible, light, colorful, versatile and functional. The external structure is characterized by 6 cubes, arranged in 2 rows, in the primary colors of red, yellow and blue, in a white frame that underlines the geometric design.
