In spite of the global economic slump, the company is maintaining and reinforcing its high level of a quality and image. The reaction to the new products presented at the Salone del Mobile 2009 has been strong and positive. The firm has also confirmed its international position in the contract sector. Matteograssi will be on hand as the official supplier, and the sole Lombardy-based company, at the Shanghai Expo in 2010. Another important signal that confirms the dynamic approach matteograssi is the construction of the company’s new headquarters, to be completed in the Spring of 2010, for the firm’s 130th anniversary. A major structure with a futuristic approach, thanks to its design and its ecocompatible materials, created by Piero Lissoni.
