Istants d'architecture durable
Next year Denmark will receive the internatonal climate conference; the Maison du Danemark chose the durable architecture as theme for this exhibition. The scenography is made using a unique element, the wood box, and it was projected during the workshop "Un Souffle sur la Ville" by twelve french and danish arhcitects.

Correspondent in Paris I had never considered moving here, but the French design by 5.5 designers was so intriguing I decided to knock on their door. This instinctive, impulsive decision turned out to be a very good one. Later I realized I was in Paris, and I began to discover, with amazement, the different arrondissements, from the 1st to the 20th, with their great variety, something for everyone; this was real work, it seemed endless, and I continue to do it with passion. Born in Biella, Piedmont (so the road was not so long to come here), I moved to Milan where I took a degree in design at the Milan Polytechnic. During those years of study, partially spent in Spain, as well, I had the chance to gain experience working with Spazio Rossana Orlandi and the Ciboh studio in Milan, Fondazione Pistoletto in Biella, and working on personal projects in the area of food design, which is still one of my main interests, together with art, music, fashion, design and architecture. www.cinqcinqdesigners.com www.hoteldelocen.org francesca_monta@yahoo.it
